Where are you joining?
Choose from the list, or type your city or county to see which board and MLS cover your area.
When a form asks for your firm, use: Real Broker, LLC · WI office license #938769 · 2005 W. Beltline Hwy, Suite 103, Madison, WI 53713. Real is already a member of every board and MLS here, so you never need to fill out office or broker paperwork. If a board says otherwise, email [email protected] and I'll take care of it.

Good to know: shared MLSs, renamed boards, and data sharing
Many smaller boards share one. Metro MLS serves several southeast boards (and hosts the La Crosse MLS), SCWMLS covers Rock-Green, Jefferson County members can use Metro MLS or SCWMLS, and Western Wisconsin members use NorthstarMLS. Each card below shows which MLS goes with which board.
Greater Rock County is now Rock-Green, Walworth County is now Lakes Area, Ozaukee is now Lakeshore, Kenosha is now Southshore, and Marinette MLS joined RANW MLS in 2022. If an old form uses the old name, it's the same group.
Most Wisconsin MLSs share listings through WIREX, so you can see listings from other parts of the state in your own MLS. Door County MLS, Greater Northwoods MLS, NorthstarMLS, and the U.P. MLS are not part of it.
Many local boards keep their bylaws behind a member login. Where that's the case, each card links the closest public page (usually professional standards). Once you join, the full bylaws are in your board's member portal.
A few out-of-state MLSs also take Wisconsin listings: the Upper Peninsula MLS for border towns like Hurley, Florence and Crivitz, and MRED (rules) for listings near the Illinois border. Email me before you list in either one so we can make sure everything is set up.
The Wisconsin REALTORS® Association can confirm the current list of local boards at 608-241-2047, or just email me and I'll point you the right way.
